Asleep.

I’ve been getting some sleep in these days, although it’s always in the PM – it counts.

But these almost hour long “naps” always end up with quite a lot of sweat permeating from my body. It’s scary really, I wish I could just close my eyes get those 9 hours in, rest my CNS, and simply carry on. But sadly, I’m not so lucky.

Even the hours of slumber I get are tortuous. Waking up regretting the fact that you slept in the first place is always pretty fucking shitty. SO I think I have a hack. I just have to ensure I don’t enter a REM state. Haven’t figured out how to avoid it really.
